Important Reservation Details

• We require a $200.00 deposit to hold your reservation
• Renters must be 21 years or older with a valid driver’s license & major credit card
• A $750.00 security verification on your credit card is required the first day of the rental period
• A 30-day written cancellation notice is required with a $100.00 cancellation fee
• No refunds on cancellations within 30-days. High winds or rain outs will be taken into consideration
• Sorry, no pets out of respect for other guests who may have allergies

Late Fee:
Please return rentals on time. A fee will apply to units not returned on time.
