Pontoon Rental Policy

Please arrive at Lakes Area rental 33655 County Rd 3 to complete paperwork prior to delivering the pontoon. A full pre trip inspection must be completed and signed off on before leaving Lakes Area Rental as well as at the time of return.

$1000.00 (refundable) damage deposit due prior to all rentals. The damage deposit will be held for any damages that may occur while the rental equipment is in the possession of the lessee. The deposit will respectfully be refunded upon satisfactory inspection of the pontoon.

Most credit cards are accepted. A 2.9% credit card convenience will be charged.

30 day written cancellation required with $200.00 per rental cancellation fee.

NO refunds within 30 days.

Renters must be 21 years or older to rent the equipment and have a valid driver’s license and major credit card.
All rentals are to be used on the Whitefish Chain unless otherwise authorized prior to rental.

Renter assumes all risks and will be responsible for 100% of all costs and expense of any character, arising from use, possession or maintenance of said equipment.

Lakes Area Rental is NOT responsible for accidents, injures or damages caused directly or indirectly in the use of the said equipment.

Please note the capacity of the pontoon is rated by total weight aboard not the pontoon limit. (12)

We do not allow the following:
• Hard coolers (we offer free use of soft sided coolers)
• Pets
• BBQ grills
